SEATS
Issue:I was driving down the road with my wife in the front passenger seat when I heard a loud bang, thinking something stuck the rear passenger side of the vehicle. There was nothing there, but I noticed that the Active Head Restraint had deployed. Fortunately, my wife was leaning forward at the time. I tried to reset, but the plastic brackets holding the steel pin were broken thus not allowing me to reset.
